Learner experience settings allow configuration of some learner-facing pages of the Infosec IQ experience.
Email sending customization allows for customization of the email address and From Name displayed when campaign notifications are sent to learners.
Learner dashboard settings changes what options are available to learners.
- Enable learner dashboard: if this is enabled, training links will route learners to a dashboard where they can see all assigned training, past or current. If this is disabled then the learner will only be routed to the current course. It is recommended that this setting be enabled for the best learner experience.
- Enable PhishSim statistics on learner dashboard: shows learners information about their PhishSim campaign performance, and they will also be able to see which emails they received and interacted with.
- Enable module recommendations on learner dashboard: learners will see a handful of recommended videos that can be optionally viewed at any time.
My learner dashboard is only available when the logged-in admin is also a learner in IQ. This is useful when using SSO as admins will be routed to the IQ admin portal after logging in.
